MCB Capital offers Hotel Financing throughout the U.S. While we focus on loan amounts from $1 Million up to $15 Million we also have the ability to assist with much larger loan amounts for existing stabilized properties – up to $500 Million.
We complete most of our Hotel Loans under either an SBA 7(a) Loan, an SBA 504 Loan or a USDA B&I Loan for properties located in an eligible USDA area.
While we prefer Flagged Hotel Properties we will consider Boutique Hotels on a case by case basis for experienced owner/operators.
We offer the following Hotel Loan Programs:
- SBA 7(a) Loans – $500K up to $5 Million
- SBA 504 Loans – $2.5 Million up to $15 Million
- USDA B&I Loans – $500K up to $10 Million
- Hotel Construction Loans – typically up to $7 Million with exceptions up to $15 Million
- Property Improvement Loans – minimum loan amount of $500K up to $5 Million
- Conventional Loans are available on a case by case basis at reduced Loan to Values – typically 65% Maximum
