  • Most recent 3 years Personal Tax Returns (complete returns)

  • Current Personal Financial Statement (within most recent 30 days)

  • ID’s – Need Driver’s License and Passport (good copies)

From Affiliate Companies

  • Most recent 3 years Business Tax Returns (complete returns)

  • Current year to date Financials (profit and loss statement with balance sheet)

  • Business Debt Schedule – must tie into the balance sheet
