1.  SBA and USDA B&I Loans – MCB Capital has established Business Relationships with 3-4 Banks to fund SBA and USDA B&I Loans originated by MCB Capital. On SBA Loans over $1 Million we do not charge any fees and are paid by our Bank Lending Partners.
  2. Business Loans – We do not have any fees on our short-term business loans, lender has some fees.
  3. Commercial and Residential Investment Loans – We have a 2-3% loan fee on Commercial and Residential Investment Loans
